Acceptable Use Policy
This policy protects guests, crew, the Ramblin Man website and the shared services that support it. It applies to website use, accounts, messages and charter-related communications.

1. Respectful and lawful use
Use the website only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. Do not submit threatening, discriminatory, deceptive or harassing material, and do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
2. Service integrity
Do not probe, scan, overload, scrape or interfere with the website, APIs, authentication, rate limits or security controls. Do not introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or try to access another user's account or data.
3. Inquiry content
Do not submit payment card numbers, identity documents, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through the general charter inquiry form. Information about accessibility or dietary needs should be limited to what is useful for planning and shared with the charter desk at the appropriate stage.
4. Charter communications
Do not use planning channels to solicit unrelated services, distribute spam or arrange illegal or unsafe activity. Guests must not pressure crew or planners to disregard capacity, weather, safety or operating restrictions.
5. Enforcement
We may limit requests, remove content, suspend accounts or decline service where conduct violates this policy, threatens safety or could harm the website, service providers or other people. Serious matters may be reported where required by law.
6. Reporting concerns
Send suspected abuse or security concerns to the contact address below. Include a request identifier when one is available, but never send passwords or complete session tokens.
